Don’t Be Afraid To Ask Questions

During a job interview it’s usually the hiring manager who is doing all the asking and you’re answering them as best as you can. But be prepared to ask some questions of your own if the opportunity presents itself. A good time to do this is at or near the end of the interview. Here are some suggestions on what questions you could ask your potential employer.

  • How can I benefit from working in this company?
  • What is the daily routine here like?
  • Are there opportunities for advancement in this position?
  • How soon are you planning on making a decision?
